July 20 – arrival and registration of the participants
10.00 – 20.00 –arrival and check-in of the participants, «Kolomna» hotel.
10.00 – 20.00 – the work of the Technical Directirate and the Jury Board, Speed Skating Centre «Kolomna»;
12.00 – 20.00 – excursions around Kolomna, Kolomna kremlin, Speed Skating Centre «Kolomna», familiarity with social and household infrastructure.
July 21 – preliminary stage of the competition (SSC «Kolomna»)
10.00 – 12.00 – meeting of the Technical Directirate and the Jury Board;
12.00 – 14.00 – meeting with the team representatives;
16.00 – 20.00 – congress of the International Academy of Arms, devoted to the World Championship;
16.00 -20.00 – excursions for the Championship participants around Kolomna kremlin.
July 22 – official rehearsals (SSC «Kolomna»)
10.00 – 20.00 – official rehearsals of the performances;
July 23 – qualification stage of the competition (SSC «Kolomna»)
10.00 – 12.00 – qualification stage performances in «Solo» and «Ensemble» categories (personal and group exercises with weapons);
12.00 – 13.00 – Championship opening ceremony;
13.00 – 19.00 – qualification stage performances in «Duel» and «Battle» categories (pair and group fights);
19.00 -20.00 – meeting of the Technical Directirate and the Jury Board.
July 24 – final stage of the competition (SSC «Kolomna»)
10.00 – 16.00 – final stage performances and awarding the winners;
15.30 – 16.00 – Championship closing ceremony;
17.00 – 18.00 – flash mob by the Kolomna kremlin walls by the monument of Dmitri Donskoi
(possible at other Championship dates).
18.00 –22.00 – farewell party for the participants.
July 25 – departure of the paricipants.
